Senior Management

It starts at the top, where every account is managed by an agency principal with an average tenure of 15 years. "Managed by" means immersed in and devoted to as a true partner. Our 7 principals provide our exclusive roster of category-leading consumer brands with the continuity of senior-level counsel they deserve - on a day-to-day basis.

That means no turnover at the top. No need for our client partners to re-educate the account leader every year. This model may not work for all organizations but it certainly has been integral to Taylor's success.
